Please choose two of the following to be served alternate to your guests

Roast Pumpkin and soft herb risotto with parmesan wafers

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable tartlette with basil oil and baby herb salad

Seafood ravioli with beurre blanc and reduced balsamic vinegar

Crisp skin duck wrapped in coriander crepe with baby bok choy and Asian dressing

Sesame crusted chicken tenderloins served warm on a Thai salad

~ Main Course ~

Dinner rolls and seasonal vegetables will be served to each table

Chicken Breast filled with spinach wrapped in proscutio

Baked Atlantic salmon on calcannon mash with lime butter sauce

Grilled scotch fillet on potato cake with red wine jus

Slow roast pork filled with herbs and apricots served with Asian greens and jus

Prime beef fillet on creamy potato mash with red wine jus and béarnaise

~ Dessert ~

Freshly brewed tea and coffee will accompany dessert, served from a tea and coffee station

Fruit and cheese platters will also be served at the tea and coffee station
