Christmas Celebration Package

Our Christmas Celebration Package is designed for those who want to celebrate Christmas in July with a simple yet elegant affair.  

Your guests will have exclusive usage of Memories Function Centre for four and half hours from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

You and your guests may choose to spend time chatting in our courtyard under the magnificent jacaranda tree or by the bar relaxing in our cream leather tub chairs or partying on the dance floor  -  it’s a great way to enjoy the festive season!

Memories Function Centre will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with casual seating areas allowing for your guests to relax and mingle, enjoying each other’s company. Our scatter tables will be dressed with full length cloths in your choice of white, black or ivory and adorned with Christmas decorations.

During the evening finger foods (both savoury and sweet) will be placed at a service point for your guests to self-serve.

Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages or you may choose to utilise a bar TAB system.

A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided.

*The above prices are inclusive of GST.
Functions booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply.  BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 50 adult guests a surcharge is applied.

^ Limitations ~ For this package to be held on a Saturday at Memories Function Centre, Wallsend bookings can only be placed within 5 months of the intended function date.
