The Roast Dinner Package

The Roast Dinner Package is available for those wanting a family favourite Australian meal in our stunning venue. This menu is ideal for an evening or a lunch time function.
 
Your guests will have exclusive usage of  Memories Function Centre for four and a half hours (6:30 pm to 11:00 pm)

Your choice of either a two course meal (Main and Dessert) or a three course meal (Entrée, Main and Dessert) will be followed by freshly brewed tea and coffee.

The round tables will be set with crisp linen cloths and napkins, sparkling cutlery, crockery and glassware. A stunning centre piece from the Classic range of centre pieces will adorn each table.

A lectern and microphone will be provided (if required).
~
Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages or you may choose to utilise a bar TAB system.

Functions booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 50 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
