The Traditional Package is designed for the bride who dreams of creating her own special look for the reception - it includes the essential ingredients of a beautiful menu as well as setting of the appropriate dinner and glassware allowing for you to organise the centrepieces and other décor pieces to complete your vision. Your family and friends will have exclusive usage of Memories Function Centre for five hours from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. ~ Canapés will be served to your guests on their arrival for half an hour (6:00 to 6:30). ~ A sumptuous two course dinner (Entrée and Main - a choice of two served alternate to your guests) followed by a simple buffet of petite fours served with freshly brewed tea and coffee Your wedding cake (provided by you) will be cut and placed on platters with the buffet. The round tables will be set with crisp white linen cloths and napkins, sparkling cutlery, crockery and glassware. ~ The bridal and cake tables will be decorated with white satin skirting. ~ A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided. ~ Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages or you may choose to utilise a bar Tab system The Traditional Package 85 to 130 adult guests ~ contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
