The Unforgettable Wedding Package

The Unforgettable Package has been designed with the busy bride in mind. Along with the essential ingredients of the Traditional Package, the Unforgettable Package also includes a beverage package, your choice of centrepiece from our Memories range as well as beautiful Lycra chair covers (made specifically to fit our banquet chairs perfectly and available in black, white and ivory). Also included in this package is music provided by our resident DJ for the evening.

Your family and friends will have exclusive usage of
 Memories Function Centre for five and a half hours from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Canapés and Sparkling Wine** (and soft drinks) will be
served to your guests on their arrival, for half an hour (6:00 pm to 6:30 pm).

A sumptuous three course dinner (a choice of two served alternate to your guests)
will be followed by freshly brewed tea and coffee.

The round tables will be set with crisp white linen cloths and napkins, a wrapped chocolate heart,
sparkling cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Your choice of centre piece from the Memories range will adorn each table and
your guest’s chairs will be dressed with Lycra fabric covers (black, white or ivory)
tied with an organza bow or satin sash from our extensive range.

The bridal table will be decorated with white satin flouncing and lit by candles.
The bridal table chairs will be dressed with Lycra fabric covers (black, white or ivory) tied with an organza bow or satin sash from our extensive range.

The cake table will also be decorated with white satin skirting.

Your guests will be served unlimited** beverages for a period of four and a half hours (6:30pm to 11:00pm) Including James Estate wine - Cabernet Merlot, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc and Grand Cuvee Sparkling White, also standard bottled beers - Hahn Light, VB, Toohey’s New and Old as well as soft drinks and juice.      

Memories Function Centre will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with four vases of white lilies adorning the pre-function area. A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided.
Memories disc jockey will provide music for your special night.

Weddings booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
**RSA laws apply.  BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 85 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
