The Indulgence Wedding Package

The Indulgence Package is the ultimate in wedding receptions at our beautiful venue. It includes all that is in the Unforgettable Package together with other inclusions that will spoil both the bride and groom as well as your guests.

Your family and friends will have exclusive usage of Memories Function Centre for six hours from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Canapés, Beer, Wine, Soft Drink and Juice will be served to your guests on their arrival, for one hour (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm). 

A sumptuous three course dinner (a choice of two, served alternate to your guests) will be followed by freshly brewed coffee and tea as well as fruit and cheese platters. The round tables will be set with crisp white, black or ivory linen cloths and napkins, a wrapped chocolate heart, sparkling cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Your choice of centre piece from the Memories range will adorn each table. The dining chairs will be dressed with satin fabric covers (white or ivory) or Lycra fabric covers (black, white or ivory) and tied with an organza bow or satin sash from our extensive range. The bridal and cake tables will be decorated with white or ivory satin flouncing or black flouncing and lit by candles.

Your guests will be served unlimited** beverages for a period of four and a half hours (6:30 pm to 11:00 pm) including James Estate wine - Cabernet Merlot, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling White as well as an upgrade to a choice of two Audrey Wilkinson wines (Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz,  Merlot and/or Cabernet Sauvignon) and Bottled beers - Crown, Toohey's Extra Dry, Hahn Super Dry, James Boags Premium Light, Hahn Light, VB, Toohey's New and Old, as well as soft drinks and juice. Your Bridal party will be served bottom shelf spirits (Smirnoff Vodka, Jim Beam Bourbon, Johnny Walker Red Scotch, Bacardi, Bundaberg Rum and Gordon’s Gin ~ 15ml nips + mixer).

Memories Function Centre will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with four vases of white lilies adorning the pre-function area. A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided. A one course meal and soft drinks are provided for up to 2 trade personnel.

Memories resident disc jockey will provide music for your special night. Limousine transfer will be provided for the newly weds to their honeymoon suite (organised by the Bride and Groom, transfer limited to the Newcastle area).

Weddings booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply**.  BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 85 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
