Cocktail Wedding Package

Our Cocktail Package is designed for the bride and groom who want a more informal wedding but still desire our stunning venue as well as the service and fine food we are renown for. All menu items are chef prepared on premise. 

Your family and friends will have exclusive usage of  Memories Function Centre for five hours from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

You and your guests may choose to spend time chatting in our courtyard under the magnificent jacaranda tree or by the bar relaxing in our cream leather tub chairs or partying on the dance floor  -  it’s a great way for you both to enjoy your wedding!

Memories Function Centre will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with casual seating areas allowing for your guests to relax and mingle, enjoying each other’s company. Our chairs will be dressed with Lycra fabric covers (your choice of either white, black or ivory) and tied with an organza bow or satin sash to compliment your theme. Our scatter tables will be dressed with full length cloths in your choice of white, black or cream. Your choice of either a centre piece from the Classic range of centre pieces or a vase of white lillies will adorn the centre table.

During the evening canapés and finger foods (both savoury and sweet) prepared fresh on premise by our resident chefs will be served to your guests by our professional wait staff.

Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages or you may choose to utilise a bar TAB system.

Memories Function Centre will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with two vases of white lilies adorning the pre-function area. The cake table will be decorated with satin skirting (your choice of white, black or ivory flouncing). A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided. Memories resident disc jockey will provide music for your special night.

Weddings booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply*.  BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 75 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
