Please choose two of each course to be served alternately to your guests:
Entrée
- Roast Pumpkin and soft herb risotto with parmesan wafers
- Caramelised vegetable tartlet with basil oil and baby herbs
- Seafood ravioli with beurre blanc and reduced balsamic vinegar
- Grain fed duckling ragout wrapped in coriander crepe with Asian dressing
- Sesame and nut crusted chicken tenderloins on a Thai salad
Main Course
Dinner rolls and seasonal vegetables will be served to each table
- Chicken Breast filled with spinach wrapped in prosciutto
- Baked Atlantic salmon on calcannon mash with lime butter sauce
- Grilled scotch fillet on potato cake with red wine jus
- Slow roast pork filled with herbs and apricots served with Asian greens and jus
- Prime beef fillet on creamy potato mash with red wine jus and béarnaise
Dessert
- French vanilla crème brulee served with King Island cream and berry compote
- Rich chocolate tart served with caramel sauce and ice cream
- Honeycomb panna cotta with a chocolate wafer
- Baked lemon tart with orange syrup
- Old fashioned golden syrup pudding served with ice cream
