The Mid-Week Elegance Wedding Package

The Mid-Week Elegance Package provides the opportunity for a semi-formal dinner in our stunning venue.
The package is available on Friday nights as are all Memories wedding packages.
The Mid-Week Package includes the essential ingredients of a simple yet elegant menu as well as setting of the appropriate dinner and glassware. Also included is your choice of centrepiece from a selected range.

Your family and friends will have exclusive usage of Memories Function Centre for four and a half hours from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
The Mid-Week Package is available Monday right through to Friday.

A two course dinner (Main and Dessert - a choice of two served alternate to your guests) will be followed by freshly brewed tea and coffee.
The round tables will be set with crisp white linen cloths and napkins, sparkling cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Your choice of centre piece from the Classic range will adorn each table and your guest’s chairs will be dressed with Lycra fabric covers (black, white or ivory) tied with an organza bow or satin sash from our extensive range.

The bridal and cake tables will be decorated with white satin skirting.

A dance floor, lectern and microphone will be provided.

Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages or you may choose to utilise a bar TAB system.

Weddings booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 75 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
