Cocktail Wedding Package - Newcastle West
Our Cocktail Package is designed for the bride and groom who want an informal wedding but still desire our stunning venue as well as the service and fine food we are renown for. All menu items are chef prepared on premise.
Your guests will have exclusive usage of The Chapel, Newcastle West reception area for five hours from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
You and your guests may choose to spend time chatting and relaxing in our stunning courtyard or by the bar relaxing in our cream leather tub chairs - it’s a great way to celebrate your wedding!
The Chapel, Newcastle West will be dressed to reflect your special occasion with casual seating areas both in the main reception area and the courtyard allowing for your guests to relax and mingle, enjoying each other’s company.
Our scatter tables will be dressed with your choice of black, white or cream full length cloths with either mocha linen or black satin overlays. Votive candles will adorn each table. Our chairs will be dressed with Lycra fabric covers (black, white or ivory) tied with an oraganza bow or satin sash from our extensive range.
During the evening canapés and finger foods (both savoury and sweet) prepared fresh on premise by our resident chefs will be served to your guests by our professional wait staff.
Our fully stocked bar will be available for your guests to purchase their own beverages
or you may choose to utilise a bar TAB system.

Weddings booked more than one year in advance will be subject to CPI% as announced each July.
RSA laws apply*. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
If your numbers fall below our minimum of 50 adult guests a surcharge is applied.
